Support HSE data analytics and reporting for Building Automation: develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyse safety data to identify trends, ensure data integrity, support month-end performance reviews, and enable automation and digitalisation initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Provide CFD expertise for burner product development: build and run simulations, analyze results, recommend design improvements, generate technical reports, and collaborate with R&D and application engineering. Support structural and thermal analysis initiatives and streamline testing through modeling.

Lead strategic and operating planning for Building Automation Greater China: market and competitor analysis, go-to-market strategy, cross-Line-of-Business solution definition, financial modeling, channel/pricing excellence, business development with key accounts and stakeholders, and exploration of new product and alliance opportunities. Support ad hoc strategic and operational initiatives.

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts: coordinate cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, validate products, plan market readiness, manage documentation and reporting, engage stakeholders for feedback, resolve issues proactively, and support strategic product decisions to ensure successful launches.

Lead sales efforts to grow Honeywell's presence in the U.S. mining and mineral processing market by developing new accounts, building customer relationships, qualifying opportunities, creating value propositions, negotiating and closing deals, and coordinating cross-functional teams for solution implementation and customer success.

Lead sustaining and production engineering for electronic and RF products. Manage NPI handovers, engineering change requests, component obsolescence, prototype builds, process improvements, and cross‑functional issue resolution to support high-volume manufacturing and revenue targets.
