Prepare monthly revenue journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, analyze GAAP treatment, assist with quarterly financial statements and footnotes, and support process improvement and special projects focused on revenue, AR, and deferred revenue.

Perform royalty accounting for educational content: interpret agreements, calculate and reconcile royalties, prepare and distribute publisher reports, support audits and payments, and drive process improvements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts across the region, driving renewals, upsells and cross-sells. Build senior stakeholder relationships, deliver consultative solution selling, support customer training, maintain CRM forecasts, collaborate with internal teams, and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue targets.

Work with Product, Content Operations, and Engineering to define requirements, analyze product and content data, create reports and dashboards, investigate issues, and recommend improvements for patent intelligence products.

Lead a 24x7 technology operations team to monitor and support critical applications, infrastructure, and cloud services. Drive SLA compliance, incident and major outage management, operational changes, automation, observability, and team development while reporting service health and risks to leadership.

Lead design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations and APIs. Define data mappings/transforms, troubleshoot integration issues, execute integration tests, document solutions, support payroll integrations, and train stakeholders. Collaborate with HRIS and cloud operations teams to ensure scalable, accurate data synchronization across enterprise systems.
