Lead and manage the Vacation Sales Ambassador team to achieve package sales targets. Recruit, train, coach, and retain sales representatives, drive on-site guest outreach to sell mini vacation packages, collaborate with hotel partners to enhance guest experience, and manage performance and budgeting to meet revenue goals.

Lead a team of 5–7 sales representatives in retail stores to engage customers and sell vacation packages. Coach and motivate staff, drive commission-based sales, ensure strong customer interactions, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Use Microsoft Office for reporting and administration.

Sell Hilton Grand Vacations membership offerings to prospective and existing Club Members while following production guidelines. Provide excellent customer service, attend trainings and sales meetings, work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, manage priorities, adapt to change, and use strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual ability and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office are valued.

Sell and book eligible tours and mini-vacation packages by phone and face-to-face at hotel properties. Confirm appointments, meet performance metrics, deliver marketing initiatives, develop field teams, ensure guest eligibility for promotions, and provide Hilton-quality customer service. Earn base pay plus commissions and volume bonuses.
