Lead a multi-level team delivering end-to-end settlements, corporate actions and static data across EMEA. Drive operational strategy, risk and control frameworks, process improvement and automation, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with regulatory and audit requirements to ensure timely, accurate, and scalable operations.

Provide client-facing project administration and reporting support: maintain client data, produce time-sensitive reports and ad-hoc datasets, perform reconciliations and data analysis, support process improvements and system enhancements, assist with documentation and testing, and respond to client inquiries while collaborating with internal teams.

Lead regulatory reporting onboarding and implementation projects; act as subject-matter expert on PRIIPs, MiFID, Solvency II, AIFMD and related regimes; design reporting solutions, resolve complex data issues, review methodologies, manage stakeholders, and coach a small team to ensure accurate regulatory deliverables.

Execute day-to-day regulatory and client reporting tasks across UCITS KIID, PRIIPs, Factsheets, and MiFID II. Ensure SLAs are met, maintain stakeholder relationships, prepare project plans and invoices, review documentation for accuracy, support senior associate, train team members, and drive process improvements.

Lead and manage a software engineering team to design, develop, and support scalable, performant .NET microservices and APIs. Drive SDLC best practices, code quality, releases, and mentor staff while coordinating with stakeholders. Cloud (AWS), messaging, and financial services experience are advantageous.
