Role Overview

Broadridge is seeking a Premier Account Leader and Regional Leader for Account Specialists in APAC to manage a portfolio of strategically important Asia-headquartered clients and lead the regional Account Specialist team across APAC. The successful candidate will build new value for clients and Broadridge by understanding strategic opportunities and account direction, establishing account-based goals across sales, retention, and renewals, proactively engaging clients, leading regular core team meetings, and serving as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and partners. This role is focused on building enterprise-wide client relationships that drive coordinated planning and execution, improve revenue retention and renewals, increase new sales potential, and support a consistent client experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead assigned Premier Accounts by identifying enterprise-wide opportunities, aligning Broadridge resources to client needs, driving account retention, and originating large pipeline opportunities across products, services, and strategic solutions.

  • Develop and maintain holistic strategic account plans for key accounts, including annual account goals and a clear view of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, while ensuring alignment with Broadridge and product strategy.

  • Build, expand, and sustain senior executive and C-level relationships across client organizations, both horizontally and vertically, to increase revenue opportunities, influence decision-making, and strengthen Broadridge’s position within the account.

  • Serve as the primary senior point of contact for client leadership, internal senior management, and partners by providing updates on key initiatives and developments, communicating Broadridge’s strategy, and advocating for client needs outside day-to-day service issues.

  • Coordinate effectively across internal stakeholders including Account Specialists, Market Segment Sales Leaders, Product Specialists, Executive Management, and North America-based Premier Account Leaders to support renewals, origination, pipeline growth, teamwork, and coordinated sales activity through regular core team meetings.

  • Lead the day-to-day management and development of the APAC Account Specialist team, promote team activity to senior business stakeholders, foster stronger client relationships across functions such as Operations, IT, Compliance, and Risk, personally cultivate higher-level relationships in agreed key accounts, and support talent development across the organization.

  • Oversee revenue retention and growth activities including contract renewals, negotiation of new services, invoicing, price increases, upselling origination and handoff, and year-over-year professional services growth, while supporting shared responsibility for Asia client revenue goals.

  • Drive a consistent client experience and operating cadence through Quarterly Business Reviews, account health monitoring across service, technology, and product development, monthly reporting, client and market intelligence sharing, escalation management, participation in annual client satisfaction surveys, and action planning with regional and global account management teams.

Your Profile

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in Capital Markets, ideally including Securities Services, Asset Management, FinTech, and executive account management.

  • Demonstrated success delivering results against revenue, retention, renewal, or quota-based goals.

  • Ability to build, navigate, and sustain senior-level relationships within complex, matrixed organizations, both internally and externally.

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, facilitation, problem-solving, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage effectively across cultures and business styles.

  • Strong leadership, collaboration, mentoring, analytical, and organizational capabilities, with a self-motivated approach and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while developing talent and exceeding visible goals.

  • Ability to travel globally as needed to represent Broadridge with Asia ex-Japan headquartered banks and clients, particularly in Europe and North America; preferred location is Singapore or Hong Kong, with Australia also considered.
