Lead design, implementation, and operational support of scalable, automated infrastructure. Build IaC, CI/CD pipelines, monitor SLOs/SLIs, troubleshoot production, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior engineers to ensure reliability, performance, and cost optimization.

Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects for Data & Analytics products. Serve as primary client-facing PM, perform discovery/fit-gap, manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional delivery, perform SQL-based data validation, advise on product configuration, develop training materials, and mentor Project Coordinators.

Support HR operations for Manila employees including onboarding/offboarding, contract administration, leave and benefits management, payroll verification, compliance with Philippine labor laws, work visa support, HR reporting, employee inquiries, and HRIS/process improvement initiatives.

Lead and manage the SFCM application portfolio, including governance, roadmap planning, team leadership, stakeholder alignment, prioritization across workstreams, KPIs, risk management, and continuous process and service improvements.

Support compliance governance and monitoring: administer controls certification, issues and remediation tracking, regulatory inventory and policy reviews, prepare periodic reporting, manage contract compliance monitoring, and coordinate with stakeholders to close actions.

Serve as product owner/analyst for financial software: elicit and prioritize business requirements, define user stories, lead SDLC activities, create test plans and UAT, train users, resolve production issues, and guide other analysts to ensure successful implementations.

Partner with Broadridge MFRSI leadership to deliver FP&A reporting, monthly/annual budgets, forecasts and variance analysis; track product revenue, sales-to-revenue matching, expenses and headcount; build financial scenarios, support sales pipeline reviews, implement FP&A process improvements, and participate in ad-hoc finance projects.

Support FP&A for the Wealth business by preparing management reports, forecasts, annual plans, and long-term strategic plans. Provide financial guidance, analyze drivers, identify improvement opportunities, lead cross-functional finance projects, and deliver ad-hoc analyses for pricing, renewals, and sales opportunities. Communicate findings and recommendations to finance and business leaders.
