Expected to meet call metrics, use SalesForce/Morningstar/Envestnet, and travel ~10% with limited in-person work in assigned territories.

Designs and delivers in-person and virtual leadership and inclusive-culture learning for mid-to-senior leaders. Consults with executives, develops synchronous and asynchronous solutions, measures effectiveness, manages programs, coaches junior L&D staff, revises content, and drives continuous improvement of learning experiences.

Lead the Suitability product engineering team to design, build, and modernize cloud-hosted, event-driven microservices for compliance checks. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, improve DevOps/SDLC practices, drive automation, test and vulnerability management, and apply AI/LLM tools and governance to meet regulatory and business needs.
