Quota-carrying Account Executive responsible for prospecting, territory management, closing net-new B2B customers, and upselling existing accounts. Lead implementation projects from close of sale through handoff to customer support. Create and maintain schedules, translate customer requirements into deliverables, manage multiple projects, monitor workflow and quality, coordinate communication between team and customers, prioritize resources, and drive process improvements.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines and services processing high-volume EDI transactions. Participate in full SDLC, collaborate with analysts and product teams on analytics use cases, improve observability and performance, support production, and work in an agile, distributed team using modern DevOps practices.

Design, deploy, and maintain highly available container orchestration platforms and deployment automation. Build monitoring/observability, automate failure handling, integrate AI agent orchestration and AI coding tools, collaborate with product and service teams, write and test code, and provide documentation, capacity planning, and reliability improvements.

Design and deliver scalable, customer-centric EDI integrations between retailers, suppliers, and ERP/TMS/WMS systems. Lead solution design workshops, troubleshoot complex integrations, drive continuous improvement using data insights, manage multiple customer projects, and create technical documentation and training to ensure seamless SaaS-based EDI operations.

Lead a team of 8-10 Account Executives selling analytics SaaS to supplier customers. Act as a player-coach—join deals, coach in the moment, recruit and develop talent, manage pipeline and forecasts, and partner cross-functionally to meet ARR quota and drive team performance.
