Manage development accounting for real estate projects including GAAP financials, cash-flow and projections, tax schedules, requisitions/invoices, audit support, and coordination with legal, capital markets, lenders, and owners. Manage LOTO, verify zero-energy states, lead energization sequencing, maintain switching logs and energization matrices, coordinate with utilities and owners, enforce NFPA 70E/OSHA protocols, oversee commissioning, and report energy status to leadership.

Lead business development and client relationships for Real Estate Management and Building Services across regions. Drive revenue, negotiate and close management agreements, create quotes/scopes, support portfolio and leasing strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop/coach staff to meet financial and client-satisfaction goals.
