Partners with business, IT, supply chain, customer service, project teams, and offshore resources. Coordinates Scrum activities, testing, releases, cutover, hypercare, documentation, governance, change management, and continuous improvement using Jira.

Plans finished goods across multiple value streams, coordinating product supply through 3M plants and subcontractors. Identifies supply gaps, implements continuity solutions, and collaborates with global supply chain, branding, transportation, and commercial teams to optimize service, inventory, and costs. Leads continuous improvement projects and drives performance against inventory, service, and cost KPIs.

Leads regional Customer Operations across multiple countries, translating global strategy into operating plans and measurable performance outcomes. Owns service levels, customer experience, productivity, capacity, quality, transformation, governance, and business continuity. Develops distributed leadership teams, drives continuous improvement and digital adoption, manages workforce resources, and partners with senior leaders across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Quality, and HR.

Plan and execute multi-channel activation campaigns, coordinate in-market events and partner collaborations, optimize digital syndication and paid media with digital teams, track KPIs and analyze performance, develop country-level activation plans aligned with global strategy, manage budgets and promotional tools, and collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, communications, and customer experience.

Drive sales growth of abrasive products through hardware dealers, distributors, and modern retail. Perform pull-through selling with end users, develop channel partner relationships, execute marketing/promotional and in-store activation, analyze sales performance, and identify distribution and assortment opportunities to increase market penetration.

Leads regional Treasury SAP deployment activities, including ERP governance, testing, SAP security role assignment, legacy data coordination, risk mitigation, documentation, training, and bank statement setup. Partners with regional process teams and stakeholders to deliver standardized processes aligned with global banking strategy. Requires extensive Treasury business process experience, enterprise ERP implementation leadership, and expertise across SAP Treasury modules; SAP S/4HANA and Kyriba experience are preferred.

Manage daily export consolidation center operations including load planning, order allocation, booking coordination, and container execution. Oversee OSD processing, yard/pool management, cost monitoring, and system accuracy across ERP/WMS/TMS. Support transitions from third-party operators, lead continuous improvement projects, and serve as primary site-level operational contact.
