Maintain PLC documentation and backups, implement data collection and preventive maintenance, support I/O and HMIs, assist in pneumatic/hydraulic diagnostics, contribute to reliability and continuous improvement, and participate in root-cause problem solving and equipment specification reviews.

Designs and digitizes automotive trim patterns using Optitex, releases engineering data into TPDM/PLM, writes ECRs/ECOs, supports seat build events and sew/cut prototypes, troubleshoots trim/foam interfaces, interfaces with suppliers/customers, and supports manufacturing/JIT plants including occasional travel.

The Machine Learning Engineer/Data Engineer analyzes large datasets, develops predictive models, and leads technical development while mentoring junior team members.

The Engineering Manager oversees project planning, execution, manufacturing engineering support, team leadership, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
