Supports product introduction process through prototype fabrication and delivery.

Responsible for managing current production seating programs and launching future programs, overseeing engineering changes, customer and supplier issues, warranty improvements, and program profitability. Leading the Simultaneous Development Team, managing scope, finances, timing, product requirements, and customer satisfaction to ensure successful program execution. Building effective relationships with customers, addressing engineering changes, and driving profitability.
