Lead Lalamove US marketing to drive awareness, user acquisition, growth, retention, and driver lead growth. Develop and execute brand and performance marketing plans, optimize channels (Facebook/Google), derive insights from marketing/product data, manage campaigns and budgets, and lead a local team of three while collaborating with regional stakeholders.

Support driver onboarding via phone outreach, answer enquiries, verify documents, maintain accurate records, and participate in rostered weekend/public holiday verification shifts (approx. 1 hour per assigned shift).

Lead paid acquisition across Google, Meta, TikTok and Apple Search Ads; manage budgets and KPIs (CPL/CPA), analyze data and run A/B tests, optimize full-funnel performance, manage agencies and influencer/UGC campaigns, explore new channels, and deliver actionable performance reports.

The Hub Operations Lead manages daily operations, assists partner drivers, prepares performance reports, and ensures compliance with company policies.

Drive outbound sales by sourcing leads, negotiating and closing contracts, onboarding business users, meeting revenue targets, maintaining SOP compliance, representing Lalamove locally, and supporting ad-hoc projects.
