Build Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse solutions, conversational agents, API integrations, and enterprise-grade authentication. Define architecture, governance, ALM, environment standards, and mentor citizen developers while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting operational monitoring.

Integrate and scale pre-trained LLMs and semantic search into production SaaS applications. Build RAG/vector data pipelines, multi-step orchestration/agents, backend APIs, automated AI evaluation frameworks, and implement security/privacy guardrails.
