Leads the analytics function and data strategy, using customer insights, segmentation, predictive modeling, pricing analysis, and revenue management to improve studio performance and client lifetime value. Partners with senior leadership, marketing, sales, and operations to develop pricing strategies, evaluate promotions, monitor competitors, and communicate actionable business recommendations. Builds financial models, conducts consumer research, and drives cross-functional implementation of data-informed initiatives.

Coordinates local field activations, owned and partner brand experiences, events, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and post-activation recaps. Owns CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy for member retention, loyalty, upgrades, churn prevention, and winback. Builds and optimizes Klaviyo journeys, leads testing and performance reporting, analyzes LTV and retention metrics, and partners with cross-functional teams and agencies on campaigns. The role also supports international expansion, creative review, stakeholder presentations, and AI-assisted execution and analysis.

Owns end-to-end operational execution for new studio openings from lease execution through grand opening. Manages timelines, cross-functional coordination, operational readiness, facility and equipment issues, inventory orders, deliveries, budgets, and launch events. Acts as the primary contact for opening projects, escalates risks, maintains safe and functional spaces, and contributes process improvements. The role also supports studio operations and may coach fitness classes locally.

Lead and grow the consumer-facing engineering organization for mobile, web, backend services, and integrations. Own technical strategy, architecture, and delivery; manage internal teams and external partners; improve scalability, reliability, and engineering processes; partner with Product and business stakeholders to drive outcomes and platform modernization.

Drive membership sales and retention through direct outreach, lead generation, and B2B partnerships. Support studio performance by partnering with field teams, executing campaigns, training, and ensuring high-quality client handoffs. Track activity in CRM, report on performance, and represent the brand at events. Flexible schedule and up to 15% travel.

The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales and Field teams by managing leads, facilitating outreach, and collaborating on sales strategies to drive growth.

The Sales Representative drives membership sales, supports studio performance, and collaborates with customer experience teams to enhance client satisfaction and meet sales quotas.

Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and studio-level P&L. Build KPI dashboards, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual presentations for senior management and the Board, partner with departments, and provide ad hoc data-driven analyses to inform strategic decisions.
