Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall revenue management to understand key levers to drive higher client lifetime value and
optimize studio performance. - Work with Director of Analytics to drive customer insights and segmentation through data analysis of customer segmentation, lifecycle analysis, customer journeys, and predictive modeling.
- Identify key customer segments and their behaviors to support personalized marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance profitability.
- Work with Senior Leaders and cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to implement pricing enhancements.
- Monitor and report on pricing performance and competitiveness.
- Assist in creating promotional campaigns and conducting pricing optimization and cost-benefit analysis.
- Track market trends and keeping up to date on competitor pricing and promotion(s).
- Identify changes in pricing best practices and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration
- 3 years of experience in a position providing strategic advice in a business intelligence analyst position or related, including 1 year of experience with a “Big 3” consulting firm.
- Experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following:
-Managing pricing processes.
-Developing and implementing pricing strategies.
-Creating pricing process documentation.
-Creating and delivering executive communications and presentations.
-Strategy development and communications.
-Building financial models to size business opportunities and value-at-stake.
-Conducting quantitative and qualitative consumer research to generate business insights.
-Cross-functional project management from engagement to project execution.
-Financial, statistical, and data analysis using Python and SQL.
-Tableau, A/B Testing.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary $137,966 - 158,661 per year, based on experience
