Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance to field teams on activation, ensure partnership initiatives align with broader brand strategy, and drive best practices in activation execution.
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for local field activation, partnering closely with field leadership to support execution in the field.
Manage MBO class comps, ensuring requests are processed accurately and on time.
Process and track field partnership request forms and challenge request forms, keeping field teams informed on status and next steps.
Maintain and update the activation playbook, ensuring field teams have current, easy-to-follow guidance for local execution.
Field and triage incoming questions from the field on activation programs, challenges, partnerships, and playbook guidance.
Coordinate and support owned brand experiences (events, activations, brand moments) from planning through execution.
Manage on-site execution for owned and partner activations, coordinating closely with agency partners to ensure logistics, staffing, and deliverables come together seamlessly.
Lead post-activation recaps, capturing key learnings, performance highlights, and recommendations to inform future activations and strategy.
Coordinate and support partner experiences, ensuring logistics, timelines, and deliverables stay on track.
Partner with cross-functional teams (partnerships, PR, field, CX) to ensure activations run smoothly and reflect brand standards.
Track activation budgets, timelines, and deliverables, flagging risks or delays early.
Support the translation of consumer and market insights into brand strategy recommendations.
Assist in building out brand platform and campaign materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Help prepare strategy and campaign materials for internal and stakeholder review.

What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or field marketing coordination.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines at once.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with field teams, partners, and internal marketing stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, with a bias toward clear, proactive communication.
Interest in translating consumer insights into brand and campaign ideas.
Strong writing skills and comfort maintaining shared resources like playbooks and process docs.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
