Owns client growth, retention, renewals, account strategy, pipeline generation, forecasting, and commercial execution. Builds senior client relationships, communicates business value, identifies whitespace and risks, converts opportunities into revenue, develops executive business review narratives, and coordinates cross-functional teams. Coaches team members while escalating margin, pricing, enterprise, and contract risks.

Supports planning, negotiating, executing, and stewarding traditional media buys across radio, television, out-of-home, print, and direct mail. Associates also attend training and meetings and may complete administrative tasks.

Manage client relationships and growth for $1–$2M accounts, drive revenue and forecasting, identify and manage sales opportunities, collaborate with engagement teams, oversee billing/AR, and report performance against client goals.

Review and verify partner advertising and claims for eligibility and compliance, manage co-op administration, perform quality checks, communicate status to partners, document communications, and resolve calls/emails/chats. Ensure marketing materials meet brand guidelines and report website or program issues.

Lead Colombia HR by translating global strategy into local execution. Own employee relations, compliance with Colombian labor law, compensation, benefits, payroll governance, HR operations, and change management. Coach leaders, strengthen accountability and manager effectiveness, modernize HR processes and systems, and lead the local HR team while partnering with US stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
