Lead end-to-end engineering for Navan Edge, an AI-powered corporate travel concierge. Own architecture, delivery, business metrics, scalability, latency, and AI inference costs. Guide LangChain, Nest.js, vector database, RAG, open-source LLM, and conversational AI development. Recruit and develop engineering leaders and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and executives. Requires a strong Tel Aviv hybrid commitment.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of Navan’s Book with AI product across hotels, rental cars, and rail. Lead the complete travel-booking journey, improve conversion and customer trust, guide conversational and UI experiences, and partner with engineering, AI/ML, data, design, operations, and support teams. Define AI evaluation criteria, lead experimentation, analyze customer feedback and production issues, prioritize improvements, and communicate decisions and progress to stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end RFP, RFI, and vendor questionnaire responses by analyzing requirements, coordinating cross-functional input, tailoring content, and ensuring timely, compliant submissions. Maintain proposal content libraries and approval workflows while communicating deadlines and status updates. Support sales enablement through proposal automation tools, CRM and collaboration platforms, and AI-assisted content workflows. The role requires strong writing, editing, organization, project management, and adaptability in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.

Lead Navan’s executive engagement and community marketing programs for C-suite and VP audiences. Design and execute executive dinners, roundtables, advisory boards, VIP experiences, communications, and industry partnerships. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, executives, and product teams to build advocacy, accelerate pipeline, support retention, and generate opportunities. Establish KPIs, measure ROI, manage budgets and vendors, and develop scalable playbooks and operating processes.

Partners with enterprise Account Executives and sales leaders to qualify and close complex travel technology deals. Demonstrates Navan’s platform, presents value propositions to travel managers, conducts strategy sessions, scopes solutions, runs proof-of-concepts and workshops, produces business value assessments, and supports pipeline progression. The role also enables Account Executives, provides competitive insights, and shares feedback with product and operations teams while contributing to sales quota attainment.

Mentor engineers, lead architecture reviews, and balance product delivery with long-term scalability and technical health.

Build and operate customer-facing AI agent experiences for loyalty programs, including LLM workflows, tool calling, guardrails, evaluations, monitoring, personalization, and streaming chat. Integrate frontend, backend, APIs, data services, and AI orchestration layers. Partner cross-functionally to ship measurable products, maintain quality, protect sensitive data, and support features in production.
