Lead outbound market strategy and go-to-market execution for commercial systems offerings. Drive cross-functional offer construction, service/support packaging, field/channel enablement, and business performance tracking. Translate customer insight and competitive dynamics into portfolio, pricing, and launch recommendations while aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Design and productize next-generation SSD hardware from architecture through mass production. Lead schematic design, component selection, layout reviews, interoperability and system-level testing. Diagnose field issues, drive root-cause analysis with manufacturing partners, optimize thermal/power/SI trade-offs, and develop Python/Bash automation and AI-driven validation tools. Collaborate cross-functionally and work onsite in the Taiwan office.

Own multi-year vision and execution for FlashArray //X and //C product lines. Define data-driven roadmaps, translate customer and field insights into engineering requirements, lead full lifecycle hardware/software launches, optimize portfolio performance using telemetry and market data, and enable global sales and operations with positioning and GTM content.

Architect and lead firmware for next-generation DirectFlash SSD modules: define subsystem design and modular firmware, bring up controller SoCs, implement NVMe and OCP specs, debug cross-layer firmware/hardware issues, optimize data path performance, mentor engineers, and improve tools, testing, and automation. Role is primarily in-office (Santa Clara, CA).
