The Junior People Partner will support the employee lifecycle, maintain HR documentation, assist with HR processes, provide first-level support, and contribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.

Research accounts via LinkedIn, Apollo, and ZoomInfo, qualify prospects, book discovery meetings for Account Executives, maintain HubSpot CRM records, meet activity and meeting KPIs, and collaborate with Sales Enablement, RevOps, and Marketing to improve outreach.

Transcribe historical English texts into modern digital documents, preserving original content and formatting. Proofread, flag illegible sections, maintain records, follow transcription standards, and meet deadlines while ensuring high accuracy and consistency.

Provide first-level technical support via ticketing, chat, email, and phone. Troubleshoot basic-to-intermediate software, hardware, account, and connectivity issues, document cases, meet SLAs, and escalate complex problems to higher-level teams.
