Lead secure AWS infrastructure for an Agent Development Platform. Build isolated Firecracker or containerized agent runtimes, provision PostgreSQL, vector and graph databases, and manage event-driven workflows. Implement zero-trust architecture, tenant isolation, egress controls, identity integration, Kubernetes infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, and automated CI/CD security gates. Support compliance readiness and observability for agent workloads using tools such as Temporal, LangSmith, and Langfuse.

Own the reliability, security, and operability of a multi-tenant AWS AI platform. Manage infrastructure as code, cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, observability, secrets, deployments, tenant metering, SLOs, and compliance controls. Operate systems including Langfuse and stateful analytics or database platforms, support development teams with environment and performance issues, and enforce security, data governance, and operational standards across production workloads.

Own end-to-end QA for AI products and customer implementations, including test strategy, automated API/UI/integration/regression testing, multi-tenant security validation, AI-agent behavior testing, UAT, exploratory testing, defect triage, release readiness, and post-launch monitoring. Collaborate with engineering, product, delivery, customer success, and client stakeholders while converting recurring implementation issues into scalable regression coverage and QA processes.

Build end-to-end features for a multi-tenant B2B AI customer-support platform. Develop Python and FastAPI backend services, orchestrate LLM workflows on AWS, create React and TypeScript frontends, integrate helpdesk systems, and implement testing, observability, security, and architectural standards. Collaborate with product and QA to deliver measurable improvements in AI accuracy and latency.

Supports client and internal project tasks involving retirement plan compliance, participant eligibility, notices, system testing, data analysis, audits, documentation, record updates, mailings, and quality control. Coordinates with project managers, clients, vendors, and team members to resolve outstanding items, maintain accurate records, protect confidential data, and complete assignments accurately and on schedule.

Provides first-line customer support through phone, email, and chat; resolves inquiries and complaints, documents interactions, escalates complex issues, and maintains service quality standards. The role also includes data entry, accuracy verification, data integrity maintenance, and collaboration on corporate initiatives and product launches.

Provides executive and administrative support to the commercial team by managing calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, communications, meeting materials, presentations, notes, action items, projects, bookings, and events. The role coordinates across departments, supports collaboration, handles sensitive information discreetly, and contributes to team culture and special initiatives.
