Ensure 4-6 AI productization projects ship securely and at scale while meeting code quality, reliability, and team growth KPIs.

Lead business architecture for P&C insurers, translating strategy into target operating models using Guidewire Cloud. Engage stakeholders across business and IT, define capabilities, drive software implementation and change management, and provide domain expertise in claims, pricing, and underwriting to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Provide technical support and incident resolution for Guidewire customers, troubleshoot complex production issues, create knowledge articles, provision and restore cloud services, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in a 24x7 follow-the-sun support model while communicating in English and Japanese.

Senior Application Engineer responsible for end-to-end delivery of AI-backed features: building REST APIs, wiring frontends, integrating LLM components (prompting, streaming, fallbacks) on AWS Bedrock, ensuring CI/CD, observability, and mentoring junior engineers.
