Owns automated test infrastructure and end-to-end testing across SIL, HIL, and VIL environments; designs mission-critical test cases for autonomous behaviors, safety scenarios, degraded modes, and requirements compliance; coordinates flight testing and software release campaigns; and manages cross-functional test teams supporting avionics, embedded systems, autonomy, flight operations, and safety engineering.

Designs and optimizes low-observable aircraft features, including RCS shaping, edge treatments, radar-absorbing materials, and subsystem integration. Conducts electromagnetic signature modeling, supports RCS testing and validation, translates threats into survivability requirements, and collaborates across propulsion, avionics, structures, materials, manufacturing, and AI teams. The role also contributes to threat modeling, customer assessments, and program milestone decisions for autonomous aircraft.

Leads cybersecurity architecture and risk management for airborne aerospace and defense platforms. Responsibilities include threat modeling, vulnerability and attack-surface assessments, secure architecture, encryption and key-management protections, defense-in-depth, DoD RMF authorization evidence, supplier design reviews, security verification, penetration testing, and remediation coordination. The role supports aircraft safety, availability, and mission effectiveness while working with engineering teams, suppliers, customers, and program leadership.

Own the architecture, analysis, design, integration, testing, and flight validation of aircraft environmental control systems. Perform thermal and fluid-system sizing, aerothermal design, modeling, supplier management, test planning, instrumentation, and flight-test troubleshooting. Own aircraft thermal systems engineering for a Group 5 UAV fighter, including thermal analysis, CFD modeling, cooling-system design, CAD layouts, vehicle integration, testing, supplier execution, and qualification. Develop requirements, manage risks, correlate models with test data, and deliver production-ready hardware. Provide technical leadership across structures, avionics, fluid systems, EWIS, and mechanical disciplines while supporting airworthiness certification.
