Lead development and analysis of aerodynamic and structural load cases for an air vehicle. Perform maneuver, gust, landing, and ground loads (quasi-static and dynamic), aeroelastic stability checks, validate loads with FEA and flight test, coordinate across GNC/aero/structures, produce documentation, and improve loads methodologies and automation.

Lead design, analysis, and integration of avionics thermal management for unmanned aircraft. Own CAD/FEA-driven structural lifecycle, material selection (composites/metal), testing, integration, verification, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring manufacturability and compliance with aerospace standards.

Lead global sourcing strategy for electronic/electromechanical or mechanical commodities, manage suppliers and long-term agreements, ensure AS9100/FAI compliance, drive cost reductions and TCO optimization, partner cross-functionally (engineering, operations, finance, legal) and use ERP/MRP and analytics for spend visibility and forecasting.

Develop and integrate autonomy and edge-AI capabilities using the Hivemind SDK for unmanned platforms across air, sea, and space. Work with customers to deploy and debug integrations, provide technical training, document solutions, collaborate with product teams, and conduct on-site deployments and flight testing (~30% travel).

Lead system architecture, design, risk mitigation, and integration of Hivemind autonomy on UAS. Manage a team to deliver production-ready autonomous capabilities for DoD and commercial contracts, provide technical leadership across IRAD and government programs, and support proposals and customer-facing engineering.

Manage sourcing and subcontract activities for Hivemind programs, including supplier selection, SOW development, negotiations, contract administration, milestone tracking, performance management, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, programs, legal, finance, and operations. Travel domestically up to 50% to support supplier oversight, integration, production readiness, and technical reviews. Maintain procurement records in ERP systems and drive continuous improvement of sourcing and subcontract processes.
