The Staff Analytics Engineer leads the design and implementation of data solutions, enhancing analytics capabilities across Zocdoc, collaborating with multiple teams to drive strategic insights.

The Staff Software Engineer will architect and develop systems connecting patients and providers, improve data reliability, and mentor engineers. They will work on generative AI technologies to enhance user experiences.

Design, build, and operate the Spend Management platform enabling self-service budget controls, spend tracking, and enforcement. Partner with engineering, compliance, and security teams to embed application security into the SDLC: triage static/SCA alerts, advise on OWASP Top 10 remediation, maintain developer playbooks and training, track security metrics and evidence for audits, and help shape AI governance and GenAI-safe workflows.

Support planning and execution of B2B marketing events and webinars—manage logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and onsite/virtual production (Zoom Webinar). Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Creative to drive attendee strategy, lead generation, and post-event follow-up. Maintain event documentation, manage shipments and swag, research venues/vendors, and travel as needed for conferences and field events.
