Partner with Account Executives to identify target companies, understand business needs, and create commercial opportunities. Success involves consistently booking 7–10 qualified meetings weekly, developing outbound sales and executive communication skills, and progressing toward an Account Executive career.

Own the strategy, roadmap, discovery, experimentation, and measurable outcomes for a strategic employee recognition product domain. Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Excellence, and senior leaders to deliver scalable, intuitive, AI-powered B2B SaaS experiences. Clarify requirements, prioritize work, support sprint execution, use customer and product data to guide decisions, and mentor junior product professionals.

Generates qualified Mid-Market sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, account-based outreach, market research, and CRM management. Lead the design, administration, security, and evolution of Workhuman’s enterprise Apple endpoint environment. Manage JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager, macOS and iPadOS deployments, identity integrations, endpoint security, patching, software delivery, and lifecycle management. Build automation with scripting, APIs, and Infrastructure as Code; implement zero-touch deployment and Platform SSO; troubleshoot complex issues; and provide technical leadership while partnering with Infrastructure, Security, Workplace Technology, Endpoint Engineering, and Service Desk teams.
