Help Workhuman scale AI from isolated use cases into a coherent, reusable enterprise capability. You will own the standards, roadmap and enablement model for GPTs, Skills, Agents and reusable AI services, making it easier for business domains to build effective solutions on shared patterns while retaining ownership of their outcomes and operations.

**This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week onsite in our Dublin office.

What we can offer you:

  • Own the enterprise capability roadmap and standards for GPTs, Skills, Agents, connectors, knowledge patterns and reusable AI services.

  • Define and evolve enterprise ‘Gold’ AI services and assets, including how they are designed, evaluated, released, reused, supported and retired.

  • Provide functional direction and practical guidance to AI Business Partners and domain teams, helping them translate process needs into the right AI pattern and make informed build-versus-reuse decisions.

  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture, AI Platform Engineering, Corporate IT, Security and Data teams to ensure platforms, MCP/connectors, identity, permissions, observability and support capabilities meet enterprise needs.

  • Build the playbooks, patterns, training and communities that improve AI solution quality, accelerate adoption and make good practice repeatable across Workhuman.

  • Guide complex prototypes and accelerators toward durable, production-ready services with clear evaluation, ownership, support and handover models.

What You Bring

  • Strong practical understanding of enterprise generative AI, including LLMs, GPTs/assistants, agentic patterns, prompt and system design, knowledge/RAG approaches, APIs/connectors and emerging standards such as MCP.

  • A product and capability-management mindset, with the ability to convert fast-moving technology into a coherent roadmap, reusable standards and clear guidance for business teams.

  • Experience designing reusable technology patterns and the judgement to distinguish experimentation, accelerators and production-grade enterprise services.

  • Strong consulting and facilitation skills, with the ability to understand business processes, challenge assumptions and translate needs into practical AI solutions.

  • Experience working across enterprise platforms, architecture, engineering, security, data and operational support teams to deliver capabilities that can scale safely.

  • Curiosity and a strong learning mindset, with the ability to evaluate new AI capabilities quickly and communicate where they create meaningful value.

Your Achievements

  • Built or scaled reusable AI, automation or platform capabilities that were adopted across multiple teams or use cases.

  • Established standards, guardrails or reference patterns that improved delivery speed, solution quality, reuse or operational consistency.

  • Helped move AI or emerging-technology prototypes into production with appropriate evaluation, observability, ownership and support.

  • Drove adoption through practical enablement, coaching, communities of practice or self-service guidance that increased teams’ ability to deliver independently.
