The Director, Operations Analytics will lead analytics initiatives, optimize operational efficiency, design enterprise-level analyses, and work closely with teams across the organization to provide strategic insights and ensure alignment with business goals.

Prepare and distribute product for the photography team by sorting, staging, scanning, steaming, and prepping items. Ensure warehouse tickets match product, perform end-of-day scans and weekly audits, unpack and scan transfers, and support daily processing strategy in partnership with photography leadership.

Design and produce high-end learning experiences (self-paced, instructor-led, microlearning) using Articulate 360, Adobe Suite, Camtasia and AI tools. Architect learning journeys, prompt-engineer AI Personas, partner cross-functionally with SMEs, rapidly prototype MVPs, and embed performance support to solve operational friction and drive business results.

Serve as liaison between warehouse and customer service to manage order exceptions, returns, un-batchable orders, packsize/autobagger issues, Zendesk tickets, and related investigations. Support pickers and keep leadership and customer care updated. Use Dior and Google Docs; Looker experience is a plus.

Oversee the authentication of fine jewelry and watches, ensuring quality and accuracy in pricing while managing a team. Engage in training and maintaining workflow efficiency.

Manage and coach a team of Business Development Representatives to meet outreach, qualification, and booking KPIs. Monitor calls and productivity, resolve escalations, partner with sales leaders, hire and train staff, analyze workflows and performance data, and provide coverage as needed to drive consignment growth and team results.

Lead development and execution of operations strategy and improvement roadmaps across fulfillment, transportation, and inventory control. Coordinate cross-functional projects, manage budgets/resources, mitigate risks, track KPIs, and communicate progress to stakeholders and executives. Drive system and process implementations, training, and continuous improvement within warehousing and logistics operations.

Lead and mentor a software engineering team building the intake and authentication systems that feed a global Item Master. Partner with Product and AI/ML to integrate computer vision, automated tagging, and robotics into warehouse workflows. Own architecture, scalability, backend services, database design, and vendor/hardware integrations while driving agile delivery and operational OKRs.

Qualify and nurture consignor leads via phone, text, and email; use internal tools/CRM to educate prospects; pass qualified leads to sales channels; meet full-time schedule including one weekend day.

Design and deliver inclusive employee experience programs across the lifecycle. Lead onboarding, ERG strategy, engagement and recognition tools, integrate DEI into people processes, partner cross-functionally, measure impact using engagement metrics, and optimize culture and internal brand.
