Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly production schedules, release and monitor work orders, coordinate with material planning and operations to balance demand, capacity, labor and inventory. Analyze capacity, identify bottlenecks, adjust schedules for disruptions, generate KPI reports, and recommend workflow and line‑balancing improvements. Occasional customer-facing travel for requirements development and on-site testing.

Lead systems engineering for the Thunderbolt avionics platform: define requirements, architecture, integration, certification, test, verification & validation, customer support, and mentor engineers while leveraging simulation and software development to deliver safety-critical aerospace solutions.

Lead Software Verification and V&V CoE programs for CNS products, ensuring certification, cost/schedule/quality adherence. Drive standardization of test frameworks, automation, simulation, cross-team process handoffs, program planning, stakeholder communication, and people management across global locations.

Lead SIOP and demand planning strategy, manage a team of demand planners, produce account-level forecasts, align demand with supply and financial plans, analyze data and KPIs, drive process improvements and supply chain optimization, present forecasts to leadership, and ensure cross-functional collaboration to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.

Lead and perform design/development audits and assessments across systems, software, and hardware through product lifecycle to ensure process and standards compliance (customer, military, regulatory). Mentor engineers, support supplier quality, interface with customers and regulatory personnel, and report/track non-conformances. Limited domestic travel may be required.

Lead the lifecycle management business workstream for an SAP S/4 transformation, defining future-state product, asset, and service processes. Align engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and IT; drive fit-to-standard design, data governance, deployment, and adoption; manage risks, dependencies, and value realization across the end-to-end product and asset lifecycle.

Lead regional sales for Defense & Space accounts, owning pipeline, account strategies, forecasting, and large/complex deal closure. Coach and develop sales teams, maintain executive customer relationships, oversee proposals and contract negotiations, and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver programs and support regional growth objectives across multi-country portfolios.
