As a Senior Sales Manager at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and delivering strategic programs within the Defense & Space International High Growth Region Customer Business Team. You will be responsible for driving program execution, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery while also supporting regional growth objectives and strengthening customer relationships across key Defense & Space accounts.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own sales performance and pipeline for assigned geography/accounts
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand customer base
- Lead, coach, and develop sales teams to maximize performance
- Drive opportunity identification, qualification, and closure (large/complex deals)
- Maintain executive-level customer relationships (government / defense stakeholders)
- Oversee proposal development, negotiations, and contract execution
- Manage forecasting accuracy, revenue targets, and margin discipline
- Balance strategic planning, customer engagement, and team leadership
- Ensure alignment with global sales, product, and program teams
- Cross-functional coordination (business, programs, engineering, BD)
