Lead Outreach's corporate social presence and executive social programs; define social strategy, drive campaign and event activation, grow employee advocacy, monitor social intelligence, and measure performance to increase brand awareness and credibility among revenue and technology leaders.

Implement entity resolution, ontology population, graph queries, feature extraction, representation learning, and reasoning for recommendations and risk signals. Train/evaluate graph models, collaborate with engineers to productionize models, monitor system health, and maintain data quality.

Design and build per-tenant knowledge graphs and extraction pipelines from sales conversations and CRM data; develop representation learning (GNNs, embeddings), reasoning and inference layers for recommendations, risk scoring, and coaching; partner with engineering and product to move models to production and maintain reliability at scale.

Lead Sales Operations for Enterprise and SDR organizations: territory design, forecasting, KPI/reporting, process and workflow optimization, and launch/scale AI/automation for GTM. Partner cross-functionally to build dashboards, improve rep productivity, and drive scalable, data-driven sales processes.

Manage full sales cycle for new commercial accounts (10–1,000 employees): prospect, qualify, forecast, build MEDDPICC account plans, negotiate contracts with executives, and hand off to services for implementation while achieving quota and pipeline goals.

Build and optimize high-availability AI pipelines and LLM/ML prototypes for Outreach's Sync integration platform. Rapidly prototype and deploy NLP and agentic AI solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and improve end-to-end performance from model architecture to service orchestration to deliver low-latency, scalable AI workflows.
