Manage marketing automation, CRM, ABM tools, segmentation, nurture programs, and lead scoring while analyzing performance metrics and running experiments to improve acquisition efficiency and revenue outcomes.

Build and grow relationships with Tier 1 B2B clients, driving revenue, margin, retention, cross-sells, and customer health. Coordinate technical, operational, support, registration, procurement, and revenue assurance teams to meet client needs. Monitor traffic, forecast performance, troubleshoot issues, support platform adoption, maintain account records in Salesforce, and communicate customer feedback internally. Mentor new team members while staying current on Infobip products, competitors, industry trends, CPaaS, CCaaS, and conversational AI.

The Quality Engineer assesses product risks, defines testing strategies, tests ideas and implementations, and reports issues objectively. Responsibilities include manual and automated testing, exploratory and risk-based analysis, requirements and design review, issue reproduction, log interpretation, testability advocacy, and collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams to improve product quality and reliability.

Own the vision, roadmap, and user experience for Infobip’s Portal and Growth Base. Analyze user behavior, research, and feedback to improve onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, satisfaction, and service journeys. Partner with design, engineering, marketing, customer success, and support to deliver intuitive, AI-powered, personalized experiences. Translate insights into requirements, launch features, foster experimentation, and mentor junior team members.
