Own the commercial story and messaging architecture for the Ibotta Performance Network. Develop positioning, messaging governance, unified data narratives, competitive intelligence, and VOC programs. Define roadmap from billing foundations to self-service, partner with Finance/RevOps/Legal/Engineering, reduce manual invoicing through automation, ensure revenue recognition accuracy, and communicate strategy to executive stakeholders.

Manage client campaigns end-to-end to maximize ROI and drive incremental revenue. Serve as primary client contact, optimize performance, deliver data-driven insights and recaps, identify upsell and renewal opportunities, onboard and train clients, build deep relationships, collaborate with sales and internal teams, and travel to support client development.
