Lead regional marketing for Asia: define and execute localized strategies, manage influencer/media/community partnerships, run product launches and go-to-market plans, create sales enablement, track and optimize campaign performance, and deliver measurable sales growth through cross-functional coordination.

Lead cross-functional hardware development projects, maintain schedules, identify and mitigate risks, coordinate manufacturing/quality/supplier activities, drive failure analysis, and align Taiwan and US stakeholders to deliver on time and on budget.

Lead introduction of new simracing consumer-electronics products into mass production. Collaborate with R&D, PE, and Quality teams to improve yield, reduce cost/scrap, manage tests, supplier quality, and ensure factory capacity and resources. Visit Shenzhen suppliers regularly to resolve production issues and optimize cycle time and throughput.

Lead logistics and supply chain projects end-to-end: develop plans, manage cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, mitigate risks, optimize processes, manage 3PLs/vendors, support system implementations and warehouse/network improvements, and prepare leadership reports.

Create visual content for packaging, digital marketing, retail collateral, and web imagery. Translate briefs into final print and digital assets, maintain design asset archives, ensure brand consistency, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams while producing innovative, detail-oriented design solutions.

Lead development and management of a customized product portfolio by coordinating with product, sales, manufacturing, engineering, and marketing. Define and improve customization technologies and build-to-order processes, analyze cost/lead-time trade-offs, build financial models, maintain product master data across webstore, MES, and ERP systems, and represent custom capabilities in planning and reviews.
