The Manager, Technical Sourcing develops and executes sourcing strategies for technical commodities, manages supplier relationships, leads negotiations, and advises leadership on sourcing strategies to ensure compliance and maximize value.

Serve as primary finance business partner for IT cost centers, owning budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and long-range planning. Lead POLAR and AI Innovation product strategy, roadmap, governance, and PMO. Translate business priorities into product capabilities and delivery plans, run cross-functional programs, establish portfolio governance, measure benefits, and manage teams across product, PMO, change management, and operations to drive commercial outcomes.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of guest-facing digital experiences across mobile, web, and onboard platforms. Drive revenue, engagement, and adoption through data-driven optimization, A/B testing, and analytics. Align and influence cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX, IT, shipboard) and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions, govern prioritization, and communicate performance and risks to executives.

Lead architecture, implementation, and operation of the consumer martech stack (Adobe Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Design data models (XDM), identity resolution, integrations (APIs/streaming/batch), tag/SDK instrumentation, and platform governance. Translate marketing needs into a delivery roadmap, lead a technical team, ensure data privacy/compliance, platform performance, and enable personalization and decisioning at scale.

Sell Princess Cruises and related products through outbound calling to new and returning guests. Contact and follow up on leads, create bookings in POLAR, use CRM, upsell ancillary products, meet booking and revenue targets, attend team meetings and coaching, provide feedback on campaigns, and maintain accurate contact documentation and professional guest relationships.

Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for crew-related costs, monitor and analyze financial performance and variances, develop and track OPEX recommendations, support cross-functional projects and special initiatives, and mentor junior team members while providing analytical insight to commercial and operational leaders.
