Supports strategic initiative execution by developing process documentation, playbooks, project plans, timelines, governance materials, and operational infrastructure. Leads public relations and communications activities, including press releases, executive messaging, media inquiries, newsroom updates, media events, press sailings, coverage reporting, crisis response, and visual content creation. Builds relationships with journalists and internal stakeholders while protecting and promoting Carnival Cruise Line’s reputation. Creates written, graphic, and short-form video content for PR campaigns, manages media lists, and participates in a rotating weekend on-call schedule.

Oversee travel and entertainment expense programs, including employee support, banking partner administration, expense report and card payment processing, audits, disputes, receivables, and invoice resolution. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, maintain Accounts Payable controls and compliance, support department goals, and participate in special projects and cross-training.

Leads a business analytics team supporting revenue management and pricing decisions. Translates ambiguous commercial questions into analytical objectives, hypotheses, and actionable recommendations using large structured and unstructured datasets. Oversees A/B testing and causal analysis, evaluates revenue strategies, and presents findings to senior executives. Manages priorities, coaching, performance, stakeholder relationships, and multiple high-priority analytical projects affecting revenue, occupancy, and yield.

Evolve pricing and fare distribution systems across global markets and channels. Analyze data, optimize processes, support automation, and explore innovative technologies. Partner with Revenue Management, Pricing, Technology, IT, Marketing, and Commercial teams to integrate systems and translate business needs into improved analytical and technology capabilities.

Manages and optimizes tour inventory for Destination Services, including allotment builds, waitlists, audits, vendor negotiations, and itinerary changes. Maintains Shorex Repository data, operator information, and compliance records. Coordinates with vendors, call center, guest services, shipboard teams, and internal stakeholders to support accurate product updates, booking amendments, operational planning, and tour quality.
