For our HQ in Genoa, we are looking for a Fare Distribution & Revenue Management Systems Analyst. You will contribute to the evolution of Costa's pricing and distribution ecosystem across multiple markets and channels. In this role, you will combine analytical thinking, technological curiosity, and a passion for innovation to enhance the tools and systems that support our commercial operations. Working closely with Revenue Management, Pricing, and Technology teams, you will help shape new capabilities, drive process automation, and explore emerging technologies.

You will contribute to the transformation of Costa's pricing distribution capabilities, helping evolve the systems, tools, and analytical solutions that support commercial excellence across global markets. Through your work on process optimization, automation initiatives, advanced analytics, and innovative technologies, you will have the opportunity to influence how pricing distribution platforms evolve, enabling greater efficiency, stronger performance, and continuous innovation within a complex multinational environment.

Pricing & Distribution Systems Evolution

You will contribute to the enhancement of pricing distribution platforms, supporting the design, implementation, and evolution of tools that enable efficient commercial operations across multiple markets and channels. You will help ensure that systems continue being response to business needs and future opportunities.

Advanced Analytics, Automation & Process Innovation

You will leverage data, analytics, and automation to identify improvement opportunities and support the development of more efficient processes and capabilities. Through ad hoc analyses and continuous exploration of innovative solutions, you will contribute to the optimization of pricing and distribution workflows.

Systems Integration & Business Partnership

You will act as a key partner for Revenue Management and Pricing teams, IT, Marketing and Commercial departments, helping bridge business needs and system capabilities. By supporting the integration and evolution of pricing distribution platforms, you will contribute to creating a technology ecosystem that enables commercial excellence across markets & channels.

What Makes You Unique

  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Pricing Systems, Revenue Management Systems, Distribution Systems, Automation, or similar analytical and technology-oriented roles, ideally within multinational environments.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel and experience using BI tools such as Power BI or equivalent platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python, with the ability to work with data and support automation solutions.
  • A curious, innovation-oriented, and collaborative mindset, combined with strong communication skills and fluency in English, enabling effective interaction with cross-functional and international teams.

Skills Required
