Leads Quanex’s enterprise cybersecurity program, overseeing security monitoring, alerting, risk management, architecture, policies, compliance, incident response, vendor risk, audits, and outsourced SOC/MDR partnerships. Manages cybersecurity personnel and collaborates with IT, business leaders, vendors, auditors, and global teams to improve security maturity, resilience, and risk posture.

Leads the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Uses data analysis and statistical tools to improve efficiency, quality, productivity, and costs; develops SOPs and work instructions; designs and leads capital equipment installations; modifies products and processes; and provides technical support to production, engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.

Owns cost accounting and financial analysis across 11 manufacturing plants. Responsibilities include standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, ERP cost updates, SOX compliance, audit support, KPI reporting, and process improvement. Partners with plant controllers and operations leaders to improve cost visibility, inventory accuracy, reporting integrity, and manufacturing performance.

Engineer and support Azure and on-premises infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, identity management, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and security. Provide advanced technical support, manage ServiceNow incidents, monitor performance, perform root cause analysis, implement system improvements, document solutions, and contribute to infrastructure projects. The role requires PowerShell scripting, collaboration with vendors and internal teams, limited-direction work, and up to 10% travel.

Develop and maintain product demand forecasts by analyzing trends, collaborating with Sales, Customers, and Product Management, and leading forecast reviews. Track forecast accuracy, support product launches and phase-outs, communicate demand across plants, and coordinate forecast changes with Operations. Partner with Master Planners and Supply Chain Managers to align demand with production capacity, inventory objectives, and customer planning programs.

Provides hands-on IT support across office and manufacturing environments, including user assistance, hardware and software management, Help Desk ticket coordination, and local and wide area network support. The role also coordinates internal teams and external providers, follows IT policies and SOX GCC controls, and supports multiple locations through approximately 20% travel, on-call coverage, extended hours, and weekend work.

Owns the enterprise strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, standardization, and commercialization of colors, coatings, plating, and decorative and protective finishes. Partners cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sourcing, quality, sales, marketing, suppliers, and customers to improve portfolio profitability, quality, consistency, adoption, and operational efficiency. Leads market research, portfolio governance, pricing recommendations, product launches, training, and finish harmonization across product lines and facilities.

Lead all Human Resources functions for Quanex’s Custom Components division across multiple U.S. locations. Partner with executive and plant leadership on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, culture, staffing, retention, training, safety, workers’ compensation, and employment-law compliance. Manage HR staff, strengthen organizational effectiveness, coach leaders, and ensure consistent delivery of HR programs across the division.

Design, program, configure, test, and maintain PLC-based control systems, HMIs, SCADA, robotics, and motion-control equipment. Troubleshoot and provide hands-on support during failures, lead root-cause analysis, improve equipment reliability, throughput, and safety, and maintain electrical drawings, network diagrams, and documentation.

Lead a design engineering team to drive new product development, tooling and process design, manufacturing optimization, and continuous improvement. Deliver projects on time and within budget while partnering with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management. Develop talent, influence stakeholders, and support strategic initiatives to grow the Bilco brand.
