What Success Looks Like:

  • Coordinate office services, including personnel, meeting schedules, housekeeping, and record control.
  • Prepare routine and advanced correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and timeliness.
  • Assist accounting department with mailing invoices, checks, etc.
  • Screen telephone calls, receive visitors, and resolve routine inquiries.
  • Apply knowledge of department policies, procedures and support other departments as needed.
  • Manage strategy and planning of meetings and special events. May be required to monitor and control event budgets and negotiate all necessary contracts.
  • Relieve department leaders of administrative functions.
  • Prepare and administer high-level management reports and presentations.
  • Prepare workspaces for new employees and maintain a presentable office environment.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Your Credentials:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of office experience in a manufacturing environment or an Associate degree in Office Administration or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain credibility and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of independence.

Pay Range is $19.50 per hour to $26 per hour commensurate with experience.
