Supports UPS operations by analyzing performance metrics, developing work measurement methods, conducting compliance audits, identifying process improvements, forecasting staffing needs, creating reports, and tracking service objectives. The role assists with training, operational support, action-plan development, and verification of implemented changes, with potential supervision of interns, specialists, supervisors, or associate engineers.

Manage a portfolio of medium-sized and lower-tier customers across Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts. Serve as the primary account contact, resolve routine issues, coordinate with sales, support, and operations, and conduct virtual and in-person performance reviews. Drive retention, product adoption, customer growth, upselling, and cross-selling by monitoring health metrics, identifying customer needs, collecting feedback, and developing churn-prevention strategies.

Sources and recruits hourly and professional candidates, conducts screening and interviews, manages talent pipelines, and supports hiring compliance. Builds relationships with schools, community organizations, government agencies, and media partners. Administers education and recruitment programs, manages eligibility and reimbursement records, produces reports, and completes fingerprinting, background documentation, applications, and I-9 verification for airport-regulated hiring.

Processes internal and external payments, supports Value of Goods shipment remittance, verifies delivery accuracy, coordinates with finance and other departments, maintains information flow, and provides internal and external customer service. Requires English proficiency, basic accounting knowledge, accurate data entry, Microsoft Office skills, organization, teamwork, time management, and the ability to work under pressure.

Manages strategic Platinum customer accounts as a trusted advisor, serving as the primary contact and coordinating issue resolution across sales, support, operations, and service teams. Develops success plans, conducts business reviews, drives adoption and ROI, identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitors retention metrics, and prevents churn. The role requires strong relationship management, communication, negotiation, and experience managing large, high-value accounts. Occasional travel is required.

Performs in-person preboarding and onboarding activities, including I-9 validation, background checks, tax and union forms, biometrics, fingerprinting, drug screening, and scheduling. Manages internal bid lists, hiring ratios, driver qualification files, and compliance documentation. Coordinates with hiring managers and external hiring partners, maintains confidential candidate records, and recommends process improvements. Requires HR experience, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work across multiple locations.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of smaller SMB accounts across a defined California territory. Serve as the primary customer contact, resolve routine issues, coordinate with sales and support teams, conduct virtual check-ins, monitor customer health, prevent churn, drive product adoption, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Use dashboards and retention data to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and account growth.

Provides one-to-one customer service for UPS Preferred accounts. Analyzes and resolves customer problems, tracing requests, and claim inquiries; maintains ownership through resolution, including follow-ups and outbound calls. Works with minimal supervision while using strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.

Analyze daily pricing bids, collaborate with sales teams to understand opportunities, and provide pricing feedback. Improve the use of revenue management tools, including discount guidelines and pricing templates, while applying tactics such as pricing tiers and minimums. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, deadline management, English proficiency, Excel expertise, and readiness to work hybrid with 50% office presence.

Conducts business development and sales activities for UPS Capital by identifying customer needs, developing financial solutions, securing customer commitments, and implementing new business. Maintains account relationships, supports customer satisfaction, and presents UPS value propositions during prospective customer visits. Performs additional duties as assigned.
