Apply systems engineering fundamentals to guide design and engineering efforts, manage requirements databases/metadata, develop SE documentation (CONOPS, SRS, ICDs, RVTM), configure and maintain SEDB tools, optimize performance, implement workflows, ensure license compliance, and support system modeling (SysML/UML).

Guide engineering design, ensure HFE traceability, and present findings at design reviews.

Plan, execute and close workshop projects for ROV and tooling at Harvest Ave, Dyce. Coordinate resources, vendors and stakeholders, manage budgets, schedules, KPIs and quality control, run inspections, reviews and handovers, and drive process improvements while ensuring safety and compliance.

Create and maintain project schedules, update master schedules, perform critical path analysis, track performance and risks, recommend corrective actions, interface with PMO and production schedulers, and support project teams to keep tasks on track.

Design and create CADD solid models, layouts, assemblies, and detailed drawings for mechanical/electro-mechanical equipment using SolidWorks/AutoCAD. Ensure technical accuracy, manufacturability, and GD&T compliance; mentor and coordinate designers; support estimates, proposals, and client interactions; and participate in process improvement and design reviews.

Serve as a systems safety technical integrator across ISS, Orion, Gateway, and Commercial Crew programs. Coordinate cross-discipline engineering inputs, review and verify safety analyses, evaluate design changes for safety impacts, support safety review panels, produce technical products, and present findings to leadership to maintain crew safety and mission readiness.

Collect, validate, analyze, and visualize cost, schedule, financial, and project performance data to support project controls and program management. Build standardized Power BI and Excel dashboards, perform trend/variance/forecasting analyses, ensure data quality, recommend process improvements, automate reporting, and provide stakeholder reporting and ad hoc analyses. Hybrid role with periodic travel (up to 10%).

Lead and hands-on architect for enterprise AI agent solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. Manage and mentor a team, translate business requirements into secure, scalable designs using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI, and drive full lifecycle delivery, deployment, monitoring, governance, and continuous improvement.
