Perform sustaining engineering for ISS EVA tools: analyze performance and anomalies, manage repairs/production/testing, plan tool use and life-extension strategies, support real-time EVA operations and MER mission support, and prepare technical documentation and briefings.

Design, develop, and govern enterprise Power Platform and SharePoint Online solutions. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable Canvas/Model-driven apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse models, and SPFx customizations. Administer environments, DLP, security, and compliance. Integrate with Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Runbooks), automate with PowerShell, mentor citizen developers, and drive platform adoption and best practices.

Provide executive administrative, scheduling, logistics, communication, and operational coordination support to the CITO and IT leadership team. Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, communications, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional follow-up while maintaining confidentiality and organizing materials in Teams/SharePoint and other systems.

Lead C-NAV projects across the Americas from initiation through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, finances, customer communication, HSE, and quality. Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, technical, commercial, supply chain, field personnel), support offshore/onshore activities, and oversee budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and project closeout.

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules, automations, integrations, and Service Portal components. Administer platform health, CMDB and SAM, perform upgrades and testing (ATF), troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle in an HR Shared Services team: onboarding, data updates, leave administration, case management, and system maintenance. Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and HR Administrators to ensure accurate, timely service, contribute to process improvements, and maintain confidential employee records.
