Manages end-to-end recruitment for frontline healthcare roles, including requisition management, sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, hiring-manager partnership, offer coordination, and timely candidate communications. Maintains recruiting data integrity in ATS and related systems, develops sourcing channels, supports career fairs and hiring events, provides pipeline reporting, coordinates onboarding timelines, and escalates complex issues. Manages financial operations for a healthcare service area by overseeing revenue cycle accuracy, budgeting, forecasting, expense and volume analysis, variance reporting, capital planning, pro formas, grants, restricted funds, and return-on-investment analyses. Partners with finance, clinical, operational, strategy, and business development leaders to improve financial performance and support patient care. Leads, develops, and evaluates a finance team while providing financial education and actionable business insights.
