Lead Japan client reporting operations: manage and develop a reporting team, ensure accurate timely report production, maintain controls and compliance, drive reporting technology and process improvements, partner with global and local stakeholders, manage risks and business continuity, and support strategic transformation initiatives.

Oversee tax compliance and reporting for registered investment companies, lead tax staff, ensure accuracy of tax filings, and contribute to process improvements in tax reporting.

Provide independent daily security pricing and valuation for public and private funds, maintain and validate portfolio holdings, investigate pricing exceptions, support reporting and audits, and liaise with pricing vendors and internal stakeholders.

Support portfolio managers in executing separate account investment strategies for institutional real estate portfolios. Lead growth and positioning of the equity ETF product line by providing macro and equity market insights, creating product content, supporting sales and distribution, presenting externally, conducting competitive and performance analysis, and identifying new product opportunities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
