Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage client relationships across Wealth Manager, IFAs, Digital Channels, Family Offices, Insurers, and Asset Managers, delivering ETF solutions aligned to client objectives and supporting the growth of the business
Contacting and meeting prospects to build a broader market presence for Invesco ETF in the region
Contacting existing relationships to represent Invesco ETF and its product offering
Developing a strategy for growth and growing Invesco ETF brand awareness and marketing in the market
Travelling an appropriate period of time during the week within your coverage region
Settling a solution proposition that is appropriate for the individual investor’s experience with financial products
Developing senior client relationships with key decision makers
Working alongside active sales team to follow-up on leads and entering the appropriate records into our Salesforce system
What you can bring:
Experience in capital markets with a strong focus on sales-related activities, including engagement with professional investors and support of client acquisition processes
Exposure to portfolio management or client advisory tasks within the Asset Management industry
Practical experience working with business planning processes, budgeting activities, and the preparation of sales materials. Regular use of MS Excel and MS Word for analytical and reporting tasks
Strong theoretical and practical understanding of financial markets, including regulatory frameworks relevant to asset management and client distribution
Solid knowledge of capital market instruments, investment products, and investor behavior
Foundational understanding of budgeting principles and business planning processes
Familiarity with industry‑standard tools (e.g. Bloomberg, Salesforce).
University degree or comparable higher education, ideally in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
Highly motivated and passionate about capital markets with a strong commercial mindset
Customer‑focused, results‑driven, and able to demonstrate strong judgment in client and market situations
Communicates clearly and professionally in both German and English, with the ability to explain complex topics in a structured and sophisticated way
Demonstrates discipline, strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude
