Lead budgeting and reporting for the Pune office: produce monthly management reports, variance analysis, accruals/deferrals, yearly budgets and rolling forecasts, ensure accurate billings, use EPBCS/Smart View and Oracle ERP, manage accounting entries, and handle ad-hoc FP&A requests with US collaboration.

Sell Global Payments Genius and related payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Build and manage a pipeline via field prospecting, digital outreach, and networking. Deliver consultative in-person and virtual demos, track activity in Atlas and Salesforce, collaborate with district leadership, and close deals while spending most time in the field.

Drive outside B2B sales of Genius and other payments/POS solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. Co-sell with branch partners, run demos, build pipeline through field prospecting and networking, and close merchant accounts. Maintain Salesforce/Atlas records and collaborate with district leadership to hit targets.

Support execution of IT and process audits (SOC 1/SOC 2, SOX), test IT general controls across mainframe, cloud and distributed environments, document workpapers, assess risks, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist remediation and continuous improvement.

Identify and qualify inbound sales opportunities for payment solutions, run consultative discovery conversations, capture client intelligence, manage pipeline in CRM, support forecasting and process improvements to drive revenue and conversion.
