Lead the day to day HR function in Germany, partnering closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and regional Centres of Excellence to deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational growth to support the continued expansion of Commerz Globalpay GmbH.
Ensure compliance with German labor law, oversee employee relations, collaborate closely with the Works Council, and manage monthly payroll processes.
Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, organizational change, and HR transformation while embedding our OneGP philosophy.
Lead and develop the local HR team, fostering a collaborative culture and delivering an exceptional employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
Extensive HR generalist experience, including several years in an HR leadership or management role within an international organization.
Strong knowledge of German labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Experience partnering with senior leaders on talent management, organizational development, and change initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
Business fluency in German and English.
A Master's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related discipline.
Experience working in a US headquartered, matrix organization.
Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms, as well as Learning & Development and change management initiatives.
