Provides technical authority and engineering oversight for control, automation, safeguarding, and industrial cybersecurity systems on large-scale LNG EPC projects. Reviews contractor designs, SIS and functional safety documentation, system architecture, testing, and compliance. Supports HAZOP, SIL studies, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, performance testing, documentation, and handover to operations. Requires extensive control systems experience, including DCS platforms, SIS design, EPC coordination, and work in industrial plant environments.

Supports, configures, implements, and maintains operations, maintenance, engineering, and design applications used in power generation environments. Gathers business requirements, creates functional designs and workflows, tests solutions, troubleshoots issues, manages upgrades and production changes, develops documentation, supports security assessments, and coordinates with business users, technical teams, and vendors. Participates in application support on-call rotations and may travel periodically.

Leads multidisciplinary engineering and project execution for LNG projects from final investment decision through completion. Coordinates EPC contractors, regulatory compliance, design reviews, change management, technical risk mitigation, safety assessments, P&ID walkdowns, HAZOPs, supplier inspections, and project milestones. Supports documentation, permitting responses, budgets, schedules, and safe handover to operations. Requires frequent site and supplier travel, LNG or hydrocarbon-processing experience, and strong knowledge of engineering, construction, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Leads corporate FP&A analysis, financial modeling, management and board reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, sensitivity analysis, and Hyperion Planning coordination. Develops GAAP and non-GAAP analyses, supports financial software initiatives, improves processes, and provides materials for senior management and the Board of Directors.

Supports policy and regulatory affairs for the LNG and natural gas business by monitoring legislation, regulations, agency actions, permits, and policy developments. Researches and summarizes complex materials, maintains issue and docket trackers, drafts briefing documents and policy materials, coordinates reviews, and assists with stakeholder engagement involving agencies, policymakers, trade associations, and industry groups. Collaborates cross-functionally to assess business impacts, prepare meetings and filings, and complete accurate, timely work products.

Provides technical leadership for instrumentation and control systems at an LNG facility. Responsibilities include administering and upgrading DCS, SIS, and PLC systems; managing alarms, documentation, operator training simulators, and control logic; supporting capital projects, testing, audits, safety reviews, incident investigations, and plant optimization. The role requires collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, and contractors, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring safe, reliable facility performance.

Supports monthly forecasts, variance analysis, KPI reporting, budgeting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, cash forecasting, and liquidity reporting. Prepares CFO dashboards and Board materials, integrates new assets and commercial agreements into forecasts, maintains data integrity, and develops ad hoc insights for strategic decisions. Collaborates extensively with Finance, Treasury, and enterprise stakeholders.

Serve as technical steward for plant electrical systems (120 VAC to 13.8 kV), support maintenance and reliability, develop documentation and capital proposals, perform failure analyses and continuous improvement, mentor technicians, manage spare parts and contracts, and ensure HS&E compliance.

Supports Cheniere’s corporate strategy by building financial models, conducting LNG market research, evaluating organic and inorganic growth opportunities, coordinating strategic development plans, and preparing presentations for senior management and the Board. The role requires quantitative analysis, energy-industry knowledge, strong communication, independent judgment, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Provide market risk analysis and daily risk reporting for commodity trading portfolios, validate transaction representations in systems, liaise with Front Office, perform quantitative and financial modeling, and support risk model development and ad-hoc analysis using tools like Endur and SQL.
