Lead dealership sales across Desk (deal structure), Floor (showroom/team development), and Screen (digital sales). Structure deals using Tekion, coach and hire sales staff, respond to online leads, build remote deals, oversee operations, collaborate with F&I and marketing, track performance metrics, and protect customer experience and CSI.

Manage and supervise pre-owned vehicle sales operations: acquire and appraise trade-ins, oversee reconditioning, inventory control, advertising, deliveries, coach sales staff, ensure high CSI, and run daily department operations cost-effectively.

Organize, gather, audit, and process dealership paperwork for vehicle sales and leases, ensuring correct titles, liens, taxes, and compliance. Post deals to the general ledger, maintain required contract supplies, and keep accurate files and a professional workspace.

Manage the dealerships pre-owned vehicle department: acquire and appraise trade-ins, supervise sales staff, coordinate reconditioning, control inventory/lot presentation, oversee advertising and deliveries, and coach representatives to meet sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI ratings.

Engage customers to assess vehicle needs, present Toyota product features and financing, guide test drives and sales closings, follow up for satisfaction, use CRM to manage pipeline, collaborate with finance and service, meet monthly sales targets, and participate in ongoing product and sales training. Requires a valid driver’s license.

Lead the dealership's pre-owned department: source and price used vehicles, manage inventory, train and motivate the sales team, drive marketing and advertising for used vehicles, analyze sales metrics, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction and profitability.

Finalize dealership financing and funding, secure lender approvals, present and sell protection products, ensure compliance and accurate documentation in Tekion, collaborate with sales to structure deals, manage lender relationships, and drive PVR, product penetration, funding speed, and CSI.

Provide HR administrative support across multiple dealerships: maintain employee records and HRIS data, process payroll/benefits actions, manage I-9s, assist onboarding and new-hire orientation, reconcile benefits and audit payroll, schedule and track prehire tasks, and respond to employee inquiries with excellent customer service.

Sell new and pre-owned Mercedes‑Benz vehicles by advising customers, demonstrating features, conducting test drives, negotiating pricing, meeting sales targets, using CRM to track leads, and collaborating with dealership teams to maintain long-term client relationships.

Serve as the dealership's first point of contact by greeting customers, answering and directing calls, managing appointments, handling inquiries, maintaining an organized front desk, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operations and strong customer service.
