Manage SQL databases, enforce architecture standards, perform testing and performance tuning, and support application reliability. Mentor developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical designs, and contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

Develop and maintain C#/.NET and React applications across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Build APIs, microservices, and automated CI/CD deployments; support Azure or AWS architectures, DevOps, security, monitoring, and application migrations. Translate business needs into Guidewire solutions and ensure platform stability and scalability. Requires 5+ years managing Guidewire implementations and support teams, deep knowledge of PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, GOSU, Studio, integration tools, and database technologies.

Owns and prioritizes the ServiceNow product backlog, partnering with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver platform features, enhancements, and solutions. The role requires strong ServiceNow, ITSM, and ITOM knowledge, Agile experience, stakeholder communication, analytical decision-making, and familiarity with incident, problem, and change management. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow certification, experience with ITSM, ITOM, and CSM modules, ITIL knowledge, and project management tools experience.
