Implements gameplay for a 3D Unity RPG, including characters, animation, cameras, world interaction, UI, systemic simulation features, AI behavior, narrative systems, and editor tools. Integrates art assets with artists and technical teams, translates design intent into gameplay, and maintains performance, stability, documentation, and code quality on target hardware.

Design and iterate gameplay systems, decision structures, consequence logic, progression, pacing, and player-facing features for Suzerain: Galmland. Collaborate with narrative, UX, technical, production, and QA teams; create design specifications, prototypes, flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria; balance mechanics; support playtests; and maintain project documentation using Codecks, Notion, and Miro.

Supports end-to-end production for a narrative-driven game by managing plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, scope, and change control. Coordinates cross-functional teams across narrative, design, art, technology, QA, and localization; runs production rituals, organizes playtests, tracks issues, maintains documentation, and provides status updates to production leadership. Also coordinates external partners and vendors to ensure quality and schedule alignment.

Own and maintain internal tooling, including narrative content systems and launchers, while developing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, build automation, and analytics environments. Administer identity, devices, networking, and IT operations; maintain Azure resources; improve workflows; and manage security, secrets, endpoint hardening, and GDPR compliance. The role also takes prototypes to production quality, documents systems, and supports release automation with the CTO and Lead Programmer.

Creates environment, character, prop, material, modular asset, and set-dressing content for narrative games. Integrates assets into Unity, including shaders, materials, prefabs, and optimization. Owns and improves 3D art pipelines, workflows, naming conventions, export presets, documentation, and production guidelines. Identifies production risks and communicates technical or quality issues. The role requires strong 3D generalist skills, visual judgment, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and the ability to model characters and create rigs and skin weights.

Leads the overall game design vision for The Conformist, coordinating systems, quest, progression, UX gameplay, and content design. Integrates narrative, RPG, life-simulation, propaganda, team management, and campaign systems into a cohesive experience. Partners with programming, art, production, narrative, and QA to prototype, playtest, balance, document, and deliver interconnected gameplay systems while maintaining design standards and milestone readiness.

Manage Torpor Games’ social media, newsletters, press communications, community moderation, creator and partner outreach, events, campaigns, merch support, player support, and marketing asset production. The role includes developing community activations such as ARGs and lore competitions, promoting games across platforms and festivals, coordinating PR activities, and creating visual and video content for narrative-driven indie games.
