Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedules, travel arrangements, correspondence, meetings, presentations, reports, and follow-up actions. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, track tasks and deadlines, support special projects, and handle administrative and personal matters confidentially. The role requires proactive prioritization, strong communication, discretion, organization, flexibility, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools.

Leads the architecture and hands-on development of identity security platform services using Python, Go, microservices, and cloud-native technologies. Owns technical direction, scalable system design, project delivery, engineering best practices, and technical roadmap development. Mentors engineers and collaborates with Product, Security, and leadership teams across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

Build scalable backend systems, microservices, APIs, cloud-native infrastructure, data pipelines, analytics applications, and core product capabilities. Own projects from architecture and design through deployment, collaborate with Product, Research, and Engineering teams, and help establish technical standards and direction. The role requires strong Python and Go experience, distributed systems expertise, cloud architecture knowledge, scalable data platforms experience, and a cybersecurity background, preferably in identity.

Leads NewCore’s product marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, launches, sales enablement, analyst relations, and customer advocacy. Builds scalable cross-functional programs with Marketing, Product, Sales, and executive teams; develops collateral and campaigns; integrates AI tools into content workflows; establishes performance metrics; and leads a high-performing product marketing team. The role requires strong technical communication, market expertise, executive influence, and up to 30% travel.

Partners with sales to drive adoption of an identity security platform through technical discovery, tailored demonstrations, solution design, proof-of-concept environments, and customer evaluations. Troubleshoots complex environments, answers technical questions, supports onboarding and post-sales discussions, and collaborates with product and engineering teams on integrations, deployments, documentation, and go-to-market improvements.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for NewCore’s identity and access management platform across a defined territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, closing, territory planning, forecasting, pipeline management, executive relationship development, technical evaluations, proof-of-value engagements, and partner collaboration. The role sells to CISOs, CIOs, CDOs, and senior security leaders at Fortune 1000 organizations and requires achievement of sales targets with approximately 40–50% travel.

Lead original offensive security research focused on identity providers, authentication and authorization protocols, federation, directory services, and related infrastructure. Identify vulnerabilities, build proofs of concept, manage responsible disclosure through CVE assignment, publish technical research, and present at major security conferences. Translate findings into product security features and conduct periodic internal penetration tests.

Own product design across NewCore’s admin and end-user identity experiences for web and mobile. Define interaction patterns for agentic behavior, build the design system, and lead features from problem framing through prototypes and production. Partner closely with product and engineering to deliver modern, intuitive security experiences for managing human and non-human identities, authentication, approvals, and delegation.
